21 Day Glow Up - Schedule

The 21-Day Glow up Challenge begins tomorrow. I’ve created a schedule as a guideline.

  • Since it’s winter and we are spending more time indoors with drying heaters, the focus is moisture!

  • Moisturizing masks can be in the form of Sheet Masks or a mask that is smoothed on the face.  You can also use aloe vera.   Let me know if you need any DIY mask recipes.

  • Face Steams can be done with a bowl of hot water or a face steamer.
