Hello, I hope you are enjoying the extra love of the 21 -Day Glow-Up. Yesterday’s pampering was facial steaming.

Face steaming is very beneficial as it is low cost. You just need hot water, a bowl, and a towel. You can add herbs or essential oils of your choosing.

In the video, I used oolong tea as a natural antioxidant for my face steam.
